What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
The purpose of a life coach is to work in partnership with an individual to help them reach their fullest potential across all facets of life.

What happens during the session?
You can meet via zoom or in-person
You can set personal and/or professional goals with your coach. It can be very open and flexible or more guided depending on what you decide with your coach.
