Zumba
This class incorporates dance movement to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for dance and exercise. The movement will primarily be cardio intensive but also implement strength movement. We will explore music genres and movement primarily but not limited to Latin America such as merengue, cumbia, bachata, salsa, and samba. The bulk of the music will be in Spanish but the class can potentially be taught bilingually (English/Spanish). This class is intended to accommodate to all fitness and dance levels. Nia
Express yourself and elevate your heartrate during this experience of dance, martial arts, and healing. We will end with stretching and floorplay to access our unique and individual mind, emotions and spirit. Benefits: Cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, mental acuity, emotional understanding, self-love and acceptance.

9:30 AM Thursdays - Gentle Yoga Returning September 26th: A gentle, slow, still style of yoga. Props are often used to enhance or deepen the experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Register here
